These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkrvin ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"), the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at pkrvin.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

pkrvin operates as an English-language online gaming information and betting platform principally serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is not licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account opened on the Platform in accordance with Section 4.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, inclusive of real-money funds and any qualifying bonus funds, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under an active promotion, subject to separate Bonus Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the pkrvin website at pkrvin.cam, its mobile-optimised interface and any associated applications.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, live dealer and information services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to an Account as a result of a settled bet or game round outcome.

To open and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, affiliate or immediate family member of the Operator or any associated entity.
• You are not registering for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other illegal activity.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

pkrvin enforces KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of wallet or bank account confirming ownership)
• A selfie or video verification as directed by the compliance team

Only one Account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different names — constitutes a serious breach and will result in all Accounts being closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational and entertainment purposes. Your use of the Platform is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer or otherwise deal with your Account or any rights arising from it.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account. pkrvin does not guarantee that use of the Platform will generate profit. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

The Platform and all associated content are provided for users in permitted jurisdictions only. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing and using the Service is lawful in your country or territory. pkrvin disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform where such use is prohibited by local law.

All deposits to your pkrvin Account must be made using payment methods approved by the Operator at the time of transaction. The Platform's cashier references payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as locally recognised references only. These references do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or gambling support from any of those payment providers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at time of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in PKR at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion is required.
• The Operator does not accept deposits made from funds obtained through illegal activity. Such deposits will be refused or reversed and reported to relevant authorities.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant financial service provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Pending KYC submissions will delay withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Any active bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met.
• pkrvin reserves the right to conduct additional security or identity checks before approving withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.
• Processing times are typically within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to the receiving financial institution's settlement timelines.
• The Operator may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

pkrvin offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address and per device only. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• pkrvin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for users who have already activated them.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds that the Operator reasonably determines to have been obtained through abuse, fraud or exploitation of system errors may be voided.

The following rules govern all sports betting, including cricket (PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, domestic competitions), football, UFC and all other markets available on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• A bet is not valid until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. A bet that has not been confirmed is not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, pkrvin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The determination of what constitutes a pricing error rests solely with the Operator.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live market availability. The Operator may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• All bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, UFC). In the event of a result dispute, the Operator's decision — informed by official sources — is final.
• Any bets placed after the commencement of an event ("dead bets") will be voided and stakes returned, unless the Platform explicitly offers in-play markets for that event.

pkrvin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides all registered users with access to the following tools from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before betting is restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and without pushback from our team.

Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Self-exclusions, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account under any name, email address or device
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms or any software to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate winnings
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or related corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event available on the Platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users through any Platform communication channel

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkrvin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

The pkrvin name, logo and all related marks, trade names and trade dress are trademarks of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorisation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvin makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

pkrvin shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet outages or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies that result in bet settlements you consider unfavourable
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited

pkrvin is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus credit or any other matter, you must follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint directly with our support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.
• Step 2 — Initial Response: Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 business hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to our senior compliance team, who will review the matter independently and respond within 10 business days.
• Step 4 — Final Decision: The senior compliance team's written decision constitutes pkrvin's final position on the matter. All decisions are made in good faith based on available evidence, system logs and applicable rules.

During any active dispute investigation, pkrvin reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing on the disputed funds until the matter is resolved. This measure is applied to protect both parties and does not constitute an admission of liability by either side.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position under Pakistani law, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pkrvin does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law and expressly disclaims any such representation. Users participate entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws.

pkrvin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to standard verification procedures.
